I recently had an excellent experience with WeAssist team while processing maternity claims. The initial cashless claim for the mother was handled seamlessly, providing much-needed relief during a crucial time. For the subsequent partial claim for the mother, the process involved posting the required insurance documents, followed by proper and timely follow-up with the insurance company. WeAssist ensured everything was managed efficiently, with clear communication throughout. They also extended their support for the child's claim, showcasing their thorough and customer-focused approach. No extra charges for first claim as it has tie up with Cloudnine hospital. For other claims, the charges associated with the entire process were reasonable, which added to the overall satisfaction.
